911 Operator: What kind of car?
Civilian: We couldn’t tell; we’re about 650 yards from the highway and it’s dark.
911 Operator: Well, you know, it’s not illegal to fire a gun in Sonoma County.
paradisefound said,NOT kidding. The only response we got was that they’d look into it. Never did see a squad car, though. It may very well have been some very stupid kids joy riding, but geez. It COULD have been something much worse, you know? It makes me happy that I live in a rural area with little traffic.
That’s crazy! Hard to believe in this day and age…

Huh? You’re kidding, right? Did you eventually get through to them and get some kind of response?
