Yes, I am an American in Brasil. I work for an American school and I am the DI coordinator for Bahia. I didn’t mean to get this job, but it kind of fell on me since I wanted to see the program born and succeed and so there I went. Anyway, I was glad to find your blog and I use the ideas with my other TMs as often as I can. We have our national/international celebration next week in Rio (we don’t have regional or state because there aren’t very many teams yet) and the pressure is on.
